In celebration of Year 1 children’s time at Bevendean, this afternoon, they had a leavers disco and BBQ! As they prepare to move to the Main School to join Lower School in Year 2, the Year 1 pupils, the parents and their teachers enjoyed an afternoon of singing, dancing and a hog roast in the sunshine! The children loved singing their hearts out to The Greatest Showman and doing the conga line through the school. After their delicious hog roast the children went to the ice cream bar where they could select out a refreshing ice cream and a fruit juice. The afternoon was a wonderful end to Year 1’s time at Bevendean and a valuable time for the parents and children to say goodbye to the teachers!
