Digital Learning

Danes Hill is at an exciting phase in its journey of digital transformation. Our aim is to always be at the forefront of education, whilst providing a caring, stimulating environment in which children’s individual needs can be met and their talents, confidence and self-esteem developed.

Personal Development

The Personal Development (PD) curriculum, combined with the Citizenship curriculum is designed to assist in the full development of each individual pupil at Danes Hill School. PD and Citizenship is embedded throughout the curriculum in the Nursery and Pre-Prep.

Admissions

At Danes Hill School we pride ourselves in being a non-selective school and our admissions process is designed to identify children who are able to benefit from our balanced and well-rounded education.

For Anti-Bullying Week, the Danes Hill community embraced the theme ‘Power for Good’ by celebrating kindness, empathy and respect. We kicked off with Odd Socks Day 🧦 a celebrating difference and individuality.

At the Pre-Prep, children took part in ‘Celebrating Difference’ activities and learned how to say “no” kindly and respectfully. Junior School enjoyed an inspiring theatre performance , while the Upper School explored cyberbullying and positive online behaviour in interactive workshops.

In assembly, pupils watched two superheroes-in-training discover that the greatest superpower is kindness 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️. Throughout the week, pupils reflected on how they can use their power for good each day.

Our restorative pastoral approach helps every child reflect, flourish and thrive, creating a caring community where everyone feels safe, supported and valued.
