Reception Children Visit The British Wildlife Centre

10th May 2019

On Tuesday RGS and RSW visited the British Wildlife Centre in Lingfield. Classes RIL and RLH visited on Wednesday. After their topic last term on animals and their habitats we thought it would be fun for the children to go and see some of the animals we had been studying. Before the trip the children predicted what they might see, thinking hard about what animals are from Britain. The pupils travelled by coach and when they arrived were greeted by our keeper for the day, Aaron. He showed us lots of the animals that they have at the centre and asked the children lots of questions about each animal. We saw, foxes, mice, deer, pole cats, badgers and many more!  We had so much fun!
