Recently Bevendean Caterpillar Class have been learning about celebrations – the children have enjoyed discovering about Diwali, the festival of light, and learning the differences between light and dark.
The dark den in the classroom has allowed the children to play with the torches, making shadows, which provides plenty of entertainment! They also had fun making a big Rangoli pattern together outside this encouraged both creativity and teamwork, alongside learning about the celebrations of different cultures. The Caterpillar Class are having a wonderful time learning with light!
