They had to collaborate and work out a strategy to gather the necessary information before their editor’s ...‘deadline’.
The afternoon sunshine was irresistible today and prompted our Year 4 pupils to seize the chance to enjoy their library books on the serene Head's Lawn. Throughout the lesson, teachers invited pupils for individual reading sessions. Meanwhile, Mrs Keat our wonderful Librarian was readily ...available, recommending fantastic reads to accompany the children through the weekend. A Year 4 student secured the coveted Library armchair, a cherished reading nook within our peaceful Library, and settled in comfortably, preparing for an afternoon immersed in books.

This week, our Bevendean pupils eagerly greeted Mr. Brown at the Pre-Prep site, setting the stage for an exciting morning! After lending a hand to Mrs Samson in her customary duty of welcoming pupils and parents at the front gate, Mr Brown engaged with the Year 1 School Council and delighted ...children in Reception and Year 1 with his reading. Today was a delightfully eventful morning at our Pre-Prep, featuring class photos and a special visit from Mr Brown.
