Eleven Danes Hill pupils qualified for the ESSKIA National Ski Finals in September. On Friday 8 October they travelled to Norwich to compete against the best skiers in the country. The course was very tough and in addition, this was only the second race some of the Danes Hill skiers had completed in. Despite the added pressure, Danes Hill U12 girls managed to secure six great runs which resulted in them in 3rd place overall. All the children should be proud of their achievements, especially with three girls now being 3rd in the country!
