This afternoon the Year 8 children enjoyed a delicious BBQ to celebrate all their sporting achievements throughout their years at Danes Hill. Holroyd Howe produced an American-themed BBQ and the children enjoyed a variety of treats, including Ben and Jerry’s ice cream to finish. All of the children received an award with categories such as; determination in sport, progress or overall achievements in sport. Mr Harvey and Mr Bethel both congratulated the year group and commended them on their sporting achievements, senior school scholarships and their overall hard work throughout this year.
