The Transition children had an amazing African Drumming Workshop on Thursday 13 May. Mr Donald delivered a fully immersive learning experience to our children, each child had their own African drum to follow along with Mr Donalds beats and sounds. The drum circle created a great atmosphere and the children learnt the djembe rhythms in an exciting and energetic way. The children were taught that whatever they could say, they could play and followed along to Mr Donalds drumming rhythms. This was a great introduction into the amazing African culture and the children had a fantastic time!
