The children in Transition have been learning about different kinds of mini beasts, so they went to Painshill Park to take part in a mini beast safari.
When the childrren arrived they were greeted by Lisa who worked at Painshill and split the children into two groups, TE and TL spent the morning looking at the Vineyard, feeding the ducks and having a play near the Gothic Tower whilst TH and TF went on their mini beast safari which included looking for different bugs and identifying them, playing games and then searching through the meadow with nets to see what bugs they could find.
The children loved looking for bugs and being able to explore!
