A party of 40 children travelled to Obertauern in Austria for an outstanding skiing trip during February half term. We stayed in the Felseralm Jungenhotel high up in the mountains, which offered superb accommodation and wonderful food. After the first day, which was quite cloudy, the weather changed to bright sunshine and cloudless blue skies. As a result, our skiing was raised to a higher level which made our trip all the more enjoyable. Yet again, Danes Hill got the weather exactly right! Away form the skiing, we participated in an excellent programme of apres ski activities. These included ice-skating, bum-boarding, 10-pin bowling and a top quality and very enjoyable karaoke evening!
