Children in Bevendean held their first ever school council meeting shortly after the return from their half-term break.
In true democratic style, the youngsters discussed how best they could raise as much money as possible for Children in Need by Friday 18th November. There were some wonderful and imaginative ideas put forward by the children but it was a cake sale that won the most votes!
The council will now be responsible for promoting the event with creative posters as well as cascading the relevant information to their peers and encouraging them to get their baking hats on!
The cake sale will take place on Friday 18th November.
