Year 7 Christmas Carol Production

13th August 2018

On Tuesday 5 December, Year 7 gave a superb production of A Christmas Carol – one of Charles Dickens’ most famous works first adapted for the stage by Tim Dietlein in 1964. A Christmas Carol has seen many and various adaptations since its original publication in 1843, and it was wonderful for the children to make this a part of their Christmas celebrations this year.

Year 7 gave an impressive performance, showing great confidence and enthusiasm. Particularly memorable were the ghosts, who played their parts so well that the production was quite scary at times. Props, lighting, and costumes really helped to build this atmosphere, and we are proud of all staff and students involved in this production of A Christmas Carol. Well done Year 7!
