The Year 5 children enjoyed a wonderful afternoon down at the Paddock. They created some beautiful clay sculptures, inspired by nature, using materials they found to create eyes, wings and many other creative ideas. The children then took part in some exciting team-building games, working together in a class to move the water from one end of the field to another with a cup filled with holes! They sprinted and encouraged each other, moving with great speed to be the winning class. They then had to work to solve a puzzle of the fox, the corn and the chicken. This is a wonderful opportunity for the class to work as a team, and alongside their form teachers in exciting challenges, and enjoy a well-deserved afternoon at the Paddock after a busy first week back to school!
