Despite the weather not always being on our side, it has been a term of relative normality on the Danes Hill wickets! Both boys and girls cricket teams have been very competitive and in some instances, mixed in selection allowing boys and girls to play in representative teams together. The Danes Hill grounds have looked as polished as ever and to be able to have girls and boys teams playing matches on all 4 wickets during a sporting afternoon, as well as on Saturday mornings. Recently, It was great to be able to invite spectators back for a Saturday morning of cricket against Feltonfleet and tennis against St John’s. A big well done to all Danes Hill pupils as well as our magnificent catering and grounds team on a superb Summer Term 2021.
