The sunshine has finally arrived and Bevendean are making the most of the beautiful weather with some wonderful outdoor lessons. Today some of the children had their phonics lesson in the shady playground. The children could be heard sounding out their words and working their way through some trickier sounds and phrases. The Reception children have been working on sounds such as our whilst the Year 1 children were working in pairs to help each other with their reading of specific verbs.
