This morning, Year 1 children had an exciting visit to the Main School to visit our wonderful Art and DT department. The children worked alongside our Year 8 artists and teachers to sculpt some incredible clay birds. The children were so excited to meet the Year 8 pupils and delve into a Main School art project. Their beautiful designs were very effective as they focused on the fine detail of the birds. Mr Taylor took half of the year group creating amazing 3D birds coloured in vibrant reds, oranges and yellows. The children had an amazing morning and finished with a run around on the Headmasters Lawn waving to their siblings as they passed by!
