The Year 1 children had another exciting visit to the Main School today, they visited Mrs Keat in the library! Craft corner was an exciting activity of creating beautiful birds and mermaids with amazing coloured paper. The children listened to Mrs Keat read Captain Flinn and the Pirate Dinosaurs and the children enjoyed joining in and creating the wonderful sounds that went with the story. The children loved meeting Mrs Keat and getting familiar with their surroundings in the library. They will be visiting the library each week in September to pick out their reading books. Mrs Keat hosts a lot of exciting events in the library throughout the year and she looks forward to welcoming the Year 1 children back again soon.
