This morning in their dance and music lesson, the Reception children got rhythmical with the drums! The children had an exciting lesson experimenting with rhythms to a variety of songs, all of different genres and speeds. The children even had a go at creating their own rhythms. Throughout the term the children explore the use of stimuli to create expressive movements and work on improving their spatial skills. Over the next few weeks, the Bevendean children will be rehearsing for Christmas and are all very excited for the festive season and to learn their choreography and actions.
