Mini Transition Car Wash!

15th September 2020

This morning the Mini-Transition children enjoyed some free time in their new playground area. To begin the pupils created some chalk art on the pavement, making some beautiful drawings of flowers, swirls and insects, they also read the Lion King together in the shade. The children then decided, they wanted to give their car a little wash!

The pupils had a brilliant time playing with the water in the sunshine and did an amazing job making their little red car shine. Mrs Samson, Headmistress says “learning should be spontaneous, unpredictable and, most importantly, a great deal of fun”, this was definitely the case for these children this morning!

After their fun in the sun, they headed inside to do some finger painting, a messy yet enjoyable activity. Some of the children stayed at school for the afternoon and had a delicious picnic with Mrs Robins in their outdoor play area.
