The Bevendean children are thoroughly enjoying their time back at school, settling into their new classes and welcoming lots of new children to the Bevendean community. This morning the children were busy with their lessons and activities, the Year 1 children were in their English lessons, creating some amazing sentences. The transition pupils were happily selecting which activities they wanted to do, exploring the outdoor play area where they were busy playing in the gardening patch or inside with Mrs Elatmani practising writing their name. Reception children were focusing on the letter T in their phonics lesson, thinking of all the words that began with this letter and practising writing it with their teachers before heading out into the beautiful sunshine, on the open field, to enjoy their playtime.
