On Thursday 5 March in the pouring rain, Bevendean took part in their first competitive football match against Shrewsbury House. The team performed extremely well in very muddy conditions. The result, unfortunately, didnt go our way on this occasion with the score finishing 11-7 to Shrewsbury House. Mr Jarvis and Mr Dormer were very proud of the effort and sportsmanship from the team. We are planning on inviting Shrewsbury House to Danes Hill for a return fixture at some point in the Summer Term. Thank you to everyone for all your support.
