Through the Danes Hill Gifted and Talented programme, some of the Middle and Upper School children were invited to a swimming training session with the GB Swimmer Alfie Howse. Alfie represented Great Britain from the age of 15-23. He has travelled the world competing for his country and was a medalist in both the European and World Championships. The children experienced a one-hour relay session, which has put them in good stead for their future galas. The children worked really hard in the pool, working as a team and making the most of this amazing opportunity. Thank you to Alfie Howse for coming in and training with our swimmers, it really was a brilliant experience!
