The school golf team went to the IAPS Golf Championships in good form having won the Cranleigh Quadrangular tournament. J Joyce came 10th in the country having played his golf in the most dreadful weather conditions. A Patel came 11th in the under 12 section. He had the honour of hitting the first shot of the tournament, and what a shot it was! His ball sailed majestically over the water onto the green took two bounces and hit the pin. Almost the first ever hole in one at the IAPS. He then knocked it in for a birdie and got a huge round of applause. The season ended with 28 players playing in the year 8 family golf competition. Congratulations to skipper G Terry and his father who won the trophy with a brilliant Greensomes score of two over par.
