This evening our Chamber Choir performed in a wonderful performance to parents, grandparents, siblings and teachers. Ahead of their choir trip to Lisbon, this performance gave the choir the opportunity to rehearse their concert in front of a familiar audience. Their beautiful set includes an eclectic mix of music, the Latin song Festival Sanctus opens the concert followed by musical performances on the flute, bassoon, clarinet and violin performed by E Parfitt, C Ellsbury, J Khatib, S Krupchak, E Van Mook, C Ellsbury, J Eon Park, A Birrell and D Kang. N Cowan and I Aitken danced a ballet duet to ‘A Thousand Years’ and the choir sang ‘Bring Him Home’ from Les Miserables and ‘There Youll Be’ from Pearl Harbour, finishing with a jazz number, ‘It Dont Mean A thing’. A lovely evening of music, thank you to the chamber choir!
