The U8 A and B hockey teams played in their first tournaments representing Danes Hill. Both teams put into practice the skills they have been learning in lessons. They have been working hard to improve their positional play and roles within their teams.
The results were as follows:
A team
Drew 2-2 against St. Georges
Drew 0-0 against Hall Grove
B team
Won 1-0 against St Georges
Won 2-0 against Hall Grove
The A team finished 2nd place and the B team finished 1st place. The girls were delighted to receive their medals. What a superb start to their Danes Hill hockey careers and we are extremely proud of their achievements!
