On Monday 13 November, U8-U13A boys spent an exciting afternoon competing in the String Gala at Parkside. As well as Parkside and Danes Hill, boys from Cranmore and Hawthorns took part in the gala. The Danes Hill boys were all looking forward to it, ready and raring to go from the start.
This atmosphere carried throughout the afternoon, with superb support from parents and one another keeping the energy strong even to the last swims. All the boys swam brilliantly, and went home feeling proud, having achieved joint first with Cranmore. Congratulations to the boys for this amazing result!
