On Wednesday 7 March the U10A hockey team travelled to The Triangle in Burgess to compete in the EGHA Annual Tournament. In the week prior to the tournament the boys were unable to play any hockey due to the snow so this was their first opportunity to play together as a team. The boys played some fantastic hockey throughout the day and went into the final match with a chance of winning the tournament. Unfortunately we were beaten 1-0 by the eventual winners, and with other results going against us we ended up in 3rd. This was a great achievement for the boys considering the lack of preparation available, compared to the other school we competed against. Well done boys!
