On Saturday 18 November, the Colts A football team played in the Surrey Plate Final. Danes Hill started strongly and took an early lead. However, Aldro hit back straight away and the first half ended up being closely fought. The boys remained positive and their accomplished attacking play resulted in them scoring a second goal on the stroke of half time. Danes Hill started the second half strongly and scored in the first minute. From there the team did not look back, dominating possession and scoring another 3 goals, resulting in Danes Hill winning the plate final 6 2. The team have had a fantastic season, winning 10 out of the 12 matches they have played and they should be proud of the progress they have made this term. Well done to all the boys involved.
