Godstone Farm in the picturesque Surrey hills was the scene of the first residential trip for Year One children this term.
The visiting party were lucky with the weather as they enjoyed exploring the farm in glorious sunshine. There was plenty of exploring to do too as the children spotted a variety of farm animals and even toured some of the farm on a tractor! They got up close and personal with some of the animals too, feeding the pigs and learning some of the differences between a hen and a cockerel. There was even time for some fun in the amazing adventure playground.
All in all, the children were more than satisfied with their first trip out this academic year and cant wait for many more to come!
