It was an emotional day at the pool for Year 8 pupils as they congregated for their last ever swimming gala at Danes Hill.
The weather clearly knew the importance of the occasion as the sun beamed down over the pool right up until the moment that all the trophies had been awarded, at which point the rain and thunder began!
There was a magnificent turn out from the parents but the spectating pupils out-supported them, demonstrating enthusiastic passion for their Houses.
