In a bid to encourage the development of their already close-knit friendships, pupils in Year 5 were taken to the Paddock for an afternoon of team building.
Year 5 is a crucial stage of a childs development and the importance of strong and continued friendship has rarely been greater for these students. They were fortunate to be greeted by some glorious weather and immediately set about their tasks.
The children were split up into their classes, with their Form Teacher as the leader. They undertook a number of challenging team-building exercises including crossing the swamp and a scavenger hunt.
It certainly was a worthwhile afternoon and enjoyed by everyone who took part.
