On Friday 9 March, Year 4 went to the Buddhapadipa Temple in Wimbledon. The children had a fantastic morning exploring the temple and the surrounding grounds. Inside the temple, they were greeted by a Buddhist monk who spoke about monastic life. The children learnt about Buddhas life and had the opportunity to take part in a short guided meditation. The utmost respect was shown by all children throughout the morning and some brilliant questions were asked.
