Children in Year 3 let their hair down at the Paddock this week as they took time out of the classroom for some games and exploring.
There was a range of traditional and more imaginative activities on offer as the children played cricket and parachute games, tried some ephemeral art and undertook some bug hunting, when they saw frogs, froglets and many other bugs.
Not to be left out, all of the teachers were given bunches of buttercups to remember the day. Afterwards, staff and children enjoyed a delicious picnic prepared by the catering team before heading back to school.
