Having qualified as a solicitor at Freshfields, Shazanna has built a distinguished career specialising in intellectual property law, complemented by extensive in-house commercial experience. In her role as General Counsel, she has worked across multiple areas of international business, taking a solutions-focused and commercially driven approach to complex legal and operational challenges.
Shazanna is also a local Elmbridge resident and a former Danes Hill parent so has a strong understanding of and commitment to the community we are serving.
Beyond her professional career, Shazanna is deeply committed to justice and the protection of fundamental human rights, contributing to organisations including UNICEF, the Louisiana Crisis Assistance Center, Reprieve, and Elmbridge CAN.
