On Tuesday 5 February, four Year 8 pupils represented Danes Hill in a challenging general knowledge quiz at Lanesborough School. It was a ‘University Challenge’ type quiz with fingers on buzzers for the starter question followed by three bonus questions. James R was our team captain and Gracie B, Teddie H and Ed P made up the ‘Fab Four’. They put up a brave fight but unfortunately Lanesborough were very quick on the buzzer on a number of questions. The Danes Hill team enjoyed the experience and showed excellent skills in working as a team, conferring, listening to each other. All in all they were excellent ambassadors for Danes Hill.
