On Monday 20 January, Year 6, 7 and 8 cross country teams competed in the Guildford High School relays competition. The event took place at Stoke Park and it was a beautiful sunny afternoon for cross country.
It was an extremely fun event with four pupils in each year group running approximately 800 metres and tagging the next runner. The course was challenging in parts and had a number of inclines, but the girls provided some fantastic results.
Out of 14 schools, the Danes Hill teams finished in the following positions:
U11 team – 5th place
U12 team – 2nd place
U13 team – 7th place
