We were extremely lucky to welcome Hannah Cozens, a Welsh International hockey player, and Dominic Ballisat (Director of Hockey) from Charterhouse, to run a number of masterclass activities this half term.
The Year 2 girls demonstrated their newly learnt hockey skills, taking part in a number of fun hockey activities. The Year 3 and 4 girls, took part in a range of hockey drills on dribbling, passing and tackling and played in small sided games. The Year 6-8 girls, took part in a number of technical drills and playing a 7 a-side match to finish, gaining fantastic feedback throughout the session. The coaches were extremely impressed with the level of skill that the Danes Hill girls displayed in every session.
We thank both Hannah and Dominic for visiting Danes Hill and we look forward to our continued links with Charterhouse in the near future.
