On Saturday 22 September, Danes Hill hosted an U12 hockey tournament with great success. There were 5 schools entering this competition with Danes Hill having both an A and B team.
The U12 B team finished an excellent 3rd place, playing superbly against the A team opposition. The U12 A team played with great intensity scoring many goals and playing some of their best hockey to date.
They finished an incredible 1st place position.
The results of their matches were as follows:
0-0 draw against Downsend
6-0 win against St Teresas
4-0 win against Cranleigh
4-0 win against Danes Hill B
Both L Ingles and J Thompson received joint player of the tournament and received a Danes Hill teddy bear. Well done to all of the players involved!
