The U12 A and B teams took part in the Lingfield College Hockey Tournament on Wednesday 11 September. The A team came 1st place in their pool, winning 3-0 against Lingfield and Mayfield and drawing 0-0 with Sevenoaks. This put the team through to the semi final against Seaford, winning the match 1-0. In the final, the girls dominated the game against Cranleigh but were unfortunate not to score. On the final whistle the score was 0-0 leading the girls on to penalty flicks, where the team lost by 2 goals. Well done to the girls for placing 2nd overall. A fantatsic achievement.
The U12 B team came 3rd in their pool, drawing 0-0 against Lingfield, and losing by 1 goal against Epsom and Cranleigh. In the 3rd v 3rd play off match, the girls drew 0-0 placing them in 5th place overall. Well done to all the girls for their first tournament of the season.
