Reed's Film Competition Winners 10th May 2008
Congratulations to seven budding Danes Hill film makers, who took part in our Film and Animation course during the Easter Holidays. Together the children, who ranged from Year 3 to Year 8, made four films, three of which were entered for Reed's School's first ever Film Festival last Friday - and all three won 'Best Film' or 'Highly Commended' in their section! In addition Year 7 pupil Oscar Hibbert won 'Best Individual Effort' for his homemade animation 'The Playmobil Movie'. The other children involved were Claudia Ballard, Isabelle Guthrie, Dominic Lowcock, Stephen Roberts, Charlie Talbutt and James Walsh.
There will be an opportunity to see two of the winning films in assembly soon, and Mr Martin has been inspired to run another film course in the summer holidays!
