Chinese Day January 2012

At the end of January Year 4 had a day to celebrate the Chinese New Year, combining work for Georgraphy and RS and had an enormous amount of fun doing so.  The five things that we did were Chinese dancing, learning Mandarin, using chopsticks and making landterns and then learning about the Year of the Dragon and making a dragon.  We really enjoyed the Dance of the Lotus Flower.  We would also like to thank Mrs Bruce for teaching us some Mandarin.
